Ingredients
- Ground beef — 120 g
- White rice — 30 g
- Onion — 40 g
- Tomato paste — 20 g
- Chicken egg — 25 g
- Sunflower oil — 10 g
- Table salt — 2 g
- Black pepper — 1 g
Cooking instructions
- Rinse the rice and cook it in 60 ml water for 10 minutes until partly tender.
- Dice the onion finely.
- Mix the ground beef with the rice, onion, egg, salt and black pepper.
- Shape the mixture into 6 meatballs.
- Heat the sunflower oil in a deep skillet.
- Brown the meatballs for 3 minutes on each side.
- Stir the tomato paste into 200 ml water and pour it over the meatballs.
- Simmer covered for 20 minutes until the meatballs are cooked through.
- Serve the meatballs with the sauce spooned over them.
