Ingredients
- Wheat tortillas — 60 g
- Ground beef — 100 g
- Black beans — 30 g
- Cheddar — 20 g
- Iceberg lettuce — 20 g
- Tomato — 40 g
- Jalapeno — 8 g
- Ground cumin — 2 g
- Chili powder — 2 g
- Hot sauce — 5 g
- Sour cream — 15 g
- Cilantro — 3 g
- Sunflower oil — 8 g
- Table salt — 1 g
Cooking instructions
- Soak the black beans overnight then rinse them.
- Dice the tomato and slice the jalapeno.
- Shred the lettuce and grate the cheddar.
- Chop the cilantro.
- Boil the beans in water for 40 minutes until tender then drain.
- Heat the oil in a skillet over medium heat.
- Fry the beef with cumin, chili powder and salt for 8 minutes until browned.
- Stir in the beans and hot sauce and cook for 2 minutes.
- Warm the tortillas in a dry skillet for 1 minute per side.
- Fill the tortillas with beef, beans, lettuce, tomato, jalapeno, cheddar, sour cream and cilantro.
